At the factory, the hairs are first sorted according to size, numbered and are bundled up, once again it is checked for inconsistencies and bad hair is rejected. The hairs are then put through the process of hackling where they are detangled and each strand stands apart, giving the hair volume and bounce. The hairs are then thoroughly cleansed twice using mild shampoos to get rid of any dirt particles. After cleansing the hairs undergo intense conditioning to help it retain its original sheen and shine.

All through this process care is taken by skillful workers to ensure that the hair are intact and not damaged in the process. After drying the hairs they are carefully packed to ensure that they don’t get dirty again and are stored in the storage room. We do not sun dry our hairs as the intense heat of the Indian sun can make the hair dry and brittle thus easily damaging the hair.

In some cases where clients want to order for customized colored hair we make use of human skin friendly permanent hair colors to bleach the hair, these colors ensure that the hair stays the same colour through out its life, but does not affect the life of the hair.
